Our batteries are produced in our facility in Fredericksburg Virginia.Our proprietary process consist on having a huge bank of cells, have every core assembly for any hybrid model and a fleet of vehicles where every battery is tested in the actual same vehicle where is going to be installed.

Finally, the new remanufactured hybrid battery is tested in an actual vehicle and runs for at least 30 minutes as a quality control procedure. The “second” life of a hybrid battery after our process is estimated between 3 to 5 years, depending on the new driver driving habits and climate conditions.
